Creating pins regularly has got to be one of the hardest parts of building your business on Pinterest.

Not because you don’t have enough products to promote.

But because everytime you need to create a pin you start from a blank canvas and have to think about how to design it and what the headline should say.

So today, I’m sharing ready-to-use prompts for pin creation.

That means you always have a way to create good looking pins for the week in under 10 mins.

It’s free for now. So if this sounds like what you need, keep reading and save this page.

All prompts follow the same approach. Upload one clear product image in a fresh ChatGPT conversation with image generation available. Paste a prompt below. Optional: add your headline, subtext, audience and colours. Ask for one pin at a time.

01 THE MINIMAL PIN WITH TEXT - ideal for ebooks or physical books, pdf courses . Could be created by your or an affiliate product.

Upload: a clear front cover.

Prompt: Create a realistic book advertisement in portrait 2:3. Show my uploaded book upright on a simple neutral surface, with one natural-looking hand gently supporting its lower-right edge. Preserve the cover artwork, text, colours and proportions. Make the book large and prominent against a plain warm-white background with soft window light and subtle shadows. Above it, centre my headline in large elegant dark serif lettering, with my subtext smaller beneath. If I provide no wording, write a short, compelling headline and supporting line appropriate to the book’s genre and audience, using only information visible on the cover or supplied by me. No visible person beyond the hand, extra props, doodles or decorative graphics.

02 THE AD PIN - great for affiliate beauty or skincare products

Upload: a clear product photo.

Prompt: Create a premium beauty ad in portrait 2:3 using my uploaded product. Choose an adult model and styling appropriate to the product: visible glossy hair for haircare, or a natural skincare setting for skincare. Use realistic skin and soft natural daylight. Across the lower-middle, centre my main keyword in bold, rounded white lowercase letters spanning roughly 65% of the image width. Directly beneath, add my short subtext in clean white lettering one-third as tall. If I supply no wording, write a relevant short keyword and supporting line without inventing benefits or claims. Place my product prominently in the lower-right foreground, preserving its packaging and proportions, overlapping a slim white base. Keep text clear of the product. No extra text or doodles.

03 THE PRODUCT ONLY PIN - Ideal for wall art, calendars

Upload: the finished calendar page or art print, or a screenshot of it

Prompt: Create a realistic product photograph in portrait 2:3 using my uploaded calendar or wall print, hanging on a muted sage-teal wall. Preserve its original aspect ratio, shape, artwork, text and dates. Do not stretch, crop or redesign it. Show the entire product straight-on, centred and filling most of the frame, with space around every edge. Add warm sunlight from the upper left, a natural shadow behind it and soft foliage shadows across the lower wall. Calm, premium photography. No added text, props or decorations.

QUICK FIXES - follow up prompts to use if you encounter an issue

Wrong proportions

Keep the composition, but restore the product’s original aspect ratio. Do not stretch, widen or crop it.

Busy background

Remove every accessory. Keep only the product, a plain background and a soft natural shadow.

Headline too small

Make the headline larger and readable on a phone. Keep the supporting line smaller and avoid covering the product.

Unnatural model

Use softer window light, natural skin texture and a relaxed expression. Remove exaggerated skin gloss and artificial-looking blur.

Prefer no model

Remove the model. Show only one realistic hand gently supporting the product, with no face or body visible.

Need a fresh version

Keep the product and wording, but create a genuinely different composition using a new angle or background colour.

Incorrect label or cover

Create the same background and text layout without the product. Leave clear space for me to add the original product image in Canva.
